BEWARE: USE THIS FLORIST AT YOUR OWN RISK! I placed an online floral bouquet order for my 77 yr. old mother's birthday. This was the florist that received my order to fulfill. I had paid over $70+ dollars for a LARGE arrangement. I also paid an additional fee for birthday chocolates. They did NOT assemble/deliver the correct size arrangement. Instead, they assembled the SMALL arrangement size, and simply delivered the smaller bouquet along with the chocolates. They apparently fail to realize that we live in a technological world, and it's called PICTURES!! When I received the image, I immediately called the original company I used to rectify this issue because it was EVIDENT that the florist arranged the INCORRECT SIZE. The company assured me that they would resolve this issue, and told me that they would have the florist redo the arrangement to the PROPER SPECIFICATIONS, and the 2nd arrangement would be delivered COMPLIMENTARY in addition to the original bouquet. Imagine my shock, and additional anger when I received a call from my mother that the florist did arrive to the 2nd delivery, but NOT with the replacement bouquet, but to simply retrieve the INCORRECT 1st order, which was NOT to happen! They had the audacity to tell her to "keep the chocolates complimentary", and that I would receive a refund for the order. AGAIN, this is NOT what was discussed or agreed upon with the original company; so I contacted the original company again, and they verified in their notes that they did NOT state that the original arrangement was to be returned. It is apparent that this florist took the cheap way out, and tried to pass off an INCORRECT SIZE arrangement as the delivery. I do NOT recommend this florist!

sincerely wish that the sender had contacted us initially to correct any concerns-WE ARE FRIENDLY & HELPFUL---The LARGE size was indeed ordered THURSDAY (10-14) after close for delivery 10/15/21 & our designer inadvertently used the pre approved "recipe" from book for MEDIUM size bouquet . We were notified "by wire" of order cancellation after closing hours on Saturday. WE RETRIEVED smaller bouquet & specific CONTAINER from Mrs W***** for redelivery same day Our response to sending wire company Monday was to "HAPPILY" replace arrangement with proper size OR accept cancellation DEMAND but RE-DELIVERY request & payment ADAMANTLY denied. WE never MENTIONED CHOCOLATE TO Mrs W***** due to the fact that WE INTENDED TO RETURN WITH FRESH & LARGER RECIPE BOUQUET......WE WERE NEVER OFFERED A SECOND CHANCE TO RECTIFY SITUATION as we thought it should be handled.....I DO NOT CHALLENGE MRS W****** PHOTOGRAPHY SKILLS OR HER DAUGHTERS CONCERN FOR WANTING TO KEEP THE SMALLER ARRANGEMENT FOR FREE----- WE HAVE WRITTEN PFOOF OF ALL FACTS ABOVE AVAILABLE ELECTRONICALLY, RESPECTFULLY , RICK & BONNIE D*******
