              On Oct 14 2021 I went into Medica Pharmacy to ask if they had a tens unit. They picked one up off a shelf in the store. I paid 105.46 dollars for it. When I got home and opened the box I realized the tens unit ran off of a battery. I was looking for one that you could plug up and recharge. On Oct 16 2021 I attempted to take the item back for a refund and was informed that they would not take it back because it was a special order item and the box had been opened. I tried to explain that it was not ordered for me but already in the store when I came in but was still informed they would not take it back.

              AVOID!! This place is an absolute dumpster fire. Twice in the last month they have filled my prescriptions incorrectly (half the number of pills I was supposed to receive). Then argued with me about how many pills I received. Approximately 4 months ago, my wife went to fill her prescription and was told they could not fill the order. The doctor suggested an alternate medication, and the pharmacy told her they couldn't provide it even though it was in stock because they would "lose money" if they filled it. They never have anything in stock, and they don't make any special effort to fix that. I refill the same prescriptions every month and they are consistently out of stock. Maybe place an order if you know a customer has recurring refill. We switched to this place to try to patronize a local small business, but I'd rather utilize a chain then spend 5 hours a week arguing with them. STAY AWAY!!!
