Rob wanted a pair of pants and we could not charge his card for the apparel. Instead of either ordering the pants as a new order or give us credit card info, he just wanted us to ship the pants and trust him for payment after the fact. We never ship items prior to payment. We tried several days to work with him but as you can see from his note, he is just bitter.

Like others, I have called and left multiple voicemails and sent email to inquire about my order that was placed in the middle of May, but have not heard back one time from any store employee. I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to my order. I am really disappointed.

Sorry for the delay. We have had equipment issues and I apologize that no one contacted you. We have refunded your order so you can find what you need sooner.

Awful customer service. Called and emailed multiple times asking if I could get the items that weren't on backorder. I asked how long the hold up was that I already waited a month to get items ordered. Instead of a response I got an email stating status change and that the order was cancelled. Here's the real kicker, I still haven't got the money put back on my card either. So I had to dispute the credit card charge and order a new one to get my money back.

Tyler, First off, there is no back-order as we never processed your order, never shipped anything. Your card was not charged so there can be no refund. The actual fact is we could not charge your card because your bank/CC company would not authorize the charge, either NSF or a CC error. Either way, we did not take your money because your bank would not process the payment. Speak to your bank as to why they would not process the payment to us. We did not ship you anything because we could not receive payment. There is no money to return as we have NEVER processed your card. You were notified upon ordering that we were behind on embroidery and would take a while to produce. You were given a choice to cancel the order and get your items elsewhere or wait for us to get caught up. You chose to wait. Subsequently when we attempted to do the embroidery and charge your card, the funds were no longer available. There is no refund to process because we never received payment. Contact your bank/CC company for verification. Instead of claiming we never refunded you contact your bank to find out the error and you will find first, we never processed payment, and secondly no refund because we never received your money. They can explain how an authorization is refused by a card issuing company and how they show that on your account. Your order was cancelled simply because we could not charge your card (either NSF or a bank error) and we no longer wanted to keep your order open.....
