BE VERY CAREFUL if you chose to use this company. They are EXPENSIVE and charge $185.00 for service call and always send 2 men out. Poor customer service Lack of respect for customers Do not back their work Poor work ethics I had asked for 1 plumber but have now found out their policy is to always send 2 on service calls. This is the second call as they sent out 2 to install a new well pump. They arrived late, left 2 different times, and then came back now in OVERTIME mode! this added 92.50 to an already high bill! Recent call was to recheck the well pump as the washer and dishwasher are getting sand in the line. They immediately went for the dishwasher! Customer removed the lower rack filled with glassware to show them that she had already cleaned out the filter component. They immediately looked at the bottom of the dishwasher, did not put the lower rack back in, did not tighten the filter in bottom and proceeded to shut the door and run the dishwasher. This was all done by the plumbers and they did not even check the dishwasher before they left. When customer opened the door later, the bottom components had been tossed around and were MELTED! In trying to talk with Dallas and a Brock H****n, they FULLY denied this. They said ‘their guys’ told them that customer had taken apart the filter and that she had pushed the start button. Customer KNEW the dishwasher should not be run so why would she start it? Andrew pushed the start button! In talking with Brock with Dallas in the background, I was told I was not being told the truth by my daughter, the customer!! I highly resent that they indicated she was a liar! I ask why that did not stand behind their work and ask that the dishwasher be replaced. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! Brock even said, take me to court if you want when I indicated I would be filing complaints against the company.

We would charge $185 rather we send 1 or 2 guys because that is our hourly rate. Sending 2 men gets the job done faster and saves the customer money. A new well pump will require 2 people for the job to be done in a timely manner and again save the customer money. Also, the well pump job was done over a year ago and you have not mentioned any issues with 2 workers being onsite or any of the other "issues" you mentioned above pertaining to that job until now. We do not give out times for jobs so there is no way we could have "arrived late". You were given a military discount of $149.46 on the well pump invoice as well which I noticed you did not mention above. You also spoke with us in an email on January 13, 2023, regarding the price and payment but never spoke about being upset with the price. You even paid a deposit for the work. I went and looked at the GPS for the well pump job and it showed our guys left 1 time and that was to go to the store to get parts to complete the work. We went back to all the recorded calls with you (all our phone calls are recorded) and these are our findings. On Thursday March 7, 2024, you called our office about some issues at the property. You stated the dishwasher wasn't cleaning anything other than what was around the sprayer, washer wasn't getting the clothes wet enough, and a toilet was filling up but not draining and you had tried to plunge it. You mentioned it might have something to do with the work we did in 2023. We informed you we would speak to a plumber about what the issue could be since it has been over a year and get back to you. On Sunday March 10, 2024, you called our answering service asking about warranty on the job. We have someone that takes calls on weekends, but they do not have access to documents to look that up. So, they waited until Monday to call you back. On Monday March 11, 2024, we contacted you back but did not get an answer. You then contacted our office back asking about a warranty on the work we had done last year 2023. We informed you it had been over a year so there was no warranty with our company. We said we could come and look at it and you said "I already contacted someone else she wasn't really pleased with whoever worked there before. Since I didn't hear back from you last week." So, you had another company/worker over to work on this issue according to what you said in the phone call. On May 3, 2024 (2 Months later), you called again with the same issue. You stated this time there was debris in the dishwasher and it wouldn’t fill, and the washing machine would not fill with water. You stated and I quote "We had told her to just flush everything out, so she had opened up I guess all the faucets and that didn't help. SHE TORE HER DISHWASHER APART and she did get some debris out of the filter I guess that's in the base of the dishwasher." You told us what your plumber thought it was and you wanted us to come and check to see if that was what it was. You called us to come back in May although you stated in March she wasn’t pleased with us, and so you hired someone else. Even if this job was under warranty, once you hire another company/worker/etc. to work on it, that voids the warranty. You did not request 1 worker in any of these phone calls as you stated above. As the phone calls showed us, your daughter did have the dishwasher torn apart and our workers did not take it apart. You stated above that your daughter removed the things that you later are stating our employees removed and should have replaced (bottom rack and filter). Although who turned on the dishwasher is not relevant, the customer did turn on the dishwasher. We asked our guys about the job before even telling them why we were asking. Their version of events never changed even after they were told why we asked about it. When speaking with Brock, you told him the dishwasher or washer did not have debris (I believe you called it sand on the phone) in it until our guys worked on it. In March 2024 when you called there was no mention of Debris. You had someone else out there to work on it at that time in March 2024 per your phone conversation with our office. In May there was debris and you are blaming our company although we weren’t the ones to work on it in March when there was no debris. You told Brock “You are just going to take the word of your workers" and Brock replied with "you are taking the word of your daughter". She was NEVER called or was it indicated that your daughter was a liar or said you were not being told the truth by your daughter. Brock stated do what you need to (referring to court) because we have all the evidence that is needed in our defense.
