      Paid them to replace two camshaft sensors that I brought in, they didn't change the parts bc the factory ones are still in there & took my new parts. Called the owner & he basically tells me i'm a liar & didn't want to make it right with me. Also they unplug my spark plug before putting the top of motor back on & told me that needed fixed so I could pay them more money. Before this incident I took my vehicle in with a new thermostat to be put in, they didn't change it either & kept my new one for them to sale. Then before this I took them in parts to fix my window, didnt fix it cause it was the wrong piece & tried to keep the parts but I got them back. Then I got the correct part & took it back in there, they fixed the window but didn't put the screws back in the door. Said they couldn't find them but were sitting in my console. I've had my vehicle in that shop several times & now I have to replace my motor bc they failed to fix the issues I was having that would've stopped the motor from dropping a valve.

      Customer brought her van in and gave us  sensors to install.  Did not want us to check van out to see what was wrong.  She said her boyfriend knew what was wrong and wanted sensors replace.  We did this.  It did not fix her problem.  Again asked if she wanted us to determine what was wrong.  She said no.  We replaced her sensors.   Called me about a week  later and said her boyfriend told her we did not replace the sensors.   I asked  her to please stop by the shop and i would be happy to show her what we replaced.   She never came by.   I also looked at the pics she provided,  one of the sensors we replaced is shown and if you look closely  is a new part.   I would have been happy to go over the van and show her what we did but she never came by.   I NEVER called her a liar in any way.   I tried to be understanding and accommodating  by wanting to show her what was done.  Again, she never came by.   Next thing I know, im having to respond to this.  Also, when installing customers parts, which we gladly do,  there is absolutely no warranty,  the customers are all made clearly aware of this before work is done.   In closing, we did exactly what she asked.   It did not fix her problem.   We have never been accused of this type of behavior in the 24 years we have been in business.
