Our experience resembles what we have read below. We are in Sebring Florida and this group came out, did a terrible, rushed job, and when we complained we were told that we had poor attitudes and that they were canceling our warranty as a result. Now we can't find them listed anywhere. I wonder if this is a pop up business that travels around? Anyhow, HORRIBLE service, they ruined our tub. Do not use this company.Review from An P

I cannot express this more clearly... Horrible service. This is the one and only BBB review I have ever done, but the service was so bad I could not ignore it. Steer clear - This company does not care about it's customers. It is amazing that they are in business at all.Review from Lee S

Really a 0! Southern Illinois. Completely ruined my tub, it looks horrible. When Don was done I asked him about the brush marks, he was annoyed I even looked at it before he left and 'didn't see anything'. I immediately emailed pictures to Cindy that made my appointment and she agreed with the pictures I sent her. His hair is permanently in my tub!! She said she was sorry but Don was sick while redoing the tub. Why was he there then?!? She said she would get another guy here and I was fine with that. Then that guy got Covid, which I understand. But now Don is the only one available to come back. I told her I did have concerns with him coming back because he had been rude when I told him about the brush marks and I was willing to wait for another tech. I wait about two weeks and email her to schedule a date/time, and she was so rude. Told me she was tired of my bs. Does she not realize email can be kept to prove issues? Who treats a customer like that? Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone at all.Review from Cathy B

I’m in Southern Alabama: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY he is a scammer. Totally ruined my tub/shower. I showed him where he missed spots all over on my tub and he said well it had to dry. Well it’s dry and still not covered properly. I called to get him to come back and finish it and he hung up on me. You will get poor work and no warranty with this scammer! I should have done my research on this Company. “DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY” his name is Andy. I’m going to file a scam report on him also. I’m also going to file with the State of Alabama if he is not licensed or paying taxes!!!Review from Debbie G

Andy came to my house yesterday and screwed my up my bathtub. His answer to that was I'll refinish it so he put the paint remover in the bottom of my tub and said I'm going to get a sandwich and never returned. People don't use this company they are horridReview from Thomas H

This is not a reputable company. Unfortunately I didn't do my homework and got scammed. Sub standard results, rude and unprofessional representatives, top it all off - when I called back for additional guidance and even offered to pay more to get it right - I was verbally abused and then threatened with 'well fine - I don't need your money, how about I just void your warranty - click'. Sad - but I should have done my homework.Review from Alan P

Zero stars I called the 800 number to find out about a shower repair and person that answered phone told me I needed to use website. I questioned why when I am talking to a live person would I want to go to the website. I was then told that I knew more than they did and I needed to go **** myself and they hung up . I can’t believe this is how PROFESSIONAL companies would conduct business. Run away from this placeReview from Tracie S

The worst customer service I have ever seen! I was told that my warranty was no good due to my attitude! I didn't have an attitude until they tried to get out of fixing the awful job they did on my tub. Sure wish I would have read these reviews before hiring them!Review from Kris

This place is horrible and completely unprofessional! Andy (the technician) was supposed to refinish our tub this morning. I had set up the appointment with Pam (which is only done by email.) I very clearly let her know that the guards at the gate where we live start allowing contractors to enter the neighborhood starting at 7:30am. Well Andy showed up about 7am and was turned away. No one bothered to call me but Pam emailed that the rules at the gate were too cumbersome so Andy moved on to another customer. When I called Andy to see about rescheduling and why can’t they find a solution rathe than just leaving, he insulted me and hung up on me! He said he was very busy but I could hear he was getting a drive through meal! I just now found these reviews and am now very grateful they were not allowed to do any work here! Stay away! They are rude, unreliable and very unprofessional.Review from Cecille W

This company is beyond unprofessional and deserve only a 0 stars. I asked clarification about a quote they gave me and the person answering the email, Pam, stated :You didn't bother to observe the simple instructions on our website. I'm sure you will find someone else. Goodbye" without answering my questions. I called the 800 number asking to speak to the General Manager and the person named Andy stated he was the manager and said how can I help you Baby? Strongly recommend you do business with any other company but them.
