MAY 2021 PURCHASED UPRIGHT CHEST ALTERMAN FROM ****** ** ***** ********* ** ** ***** **** ** PAID OVER 1200 DOLLARS . SINCE MAY THE CHEST HAS COME APART IN THE BACK COMPLETELY ONLY CHEAP STAPLES HOLDING BACK ON. HAVE 3-- 800 DOLLAR QUILTS PULLED BECAUSE OF STAPLES PUNCTURING THEM AN PULLING THEM. THE CHEST IS STAPLED TOGETHER IN BACK AN TOP AN WOOD NOT USED IN BACK AN TOP BOTH AREAS APPEARS TO BE CARDBOARD. WANT CHEST REPLACED ENTIRELY BECAUSE THIS TYPE OF FURNITURE MANUFACTURING DOES NOT HOLD UP, CHEAPLY MADE BUT PRICED HIGH....... WE ARE SENIOR CITIZENS LIVING ON FIXED INCOME AN DO NOT WANT TO LOOSE THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR A PRODUCT THAT IS CHEAPLY MADE AN DOES NOT HOLD UP......... We have received the below complaint and are deeply sorry for any inconvenience you’ve experienced. All of our products are made to order and individually inspected prior to departing our location. We have not previously been made aware of any issues by our customer, ****** * ***** ********* *** Our records show no damages to this item when it left our location. We would be glad to discuss a credit / replacement if applicable. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[THEY WILL THEMSELVES HAVE TO CONTACT ****** ** ***** ********* ***** **** ** TO ADVISE THEM THEY WILL DO AN EXCHANGE. WE HAVE ALREADY ASKED ****** ** ***** TO EXCHANGE THE UPRIGHT CHEST IN QUESTION 2 OR 3 TIMES AN THEY SAID THEY WILL COME AN RESTAPLE ONLY THIS CHEAPLY MADE FURNITURE THATS COMING APART AN COST US OVER 1200.00. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO HELP US AN STOP MAKING EXCUSES WE ARE REALLY. DISAPPOINTED IN BEING DONE AS WE HAVE . ITS DEFECTIVE FURNITURE. CHEAPLY MADE SOLD HIGH PRICED. Hello,
We have spoken to our customer ****** * ***** ********* and they stated that they have requested pictures and attempted to do repairs on multiple scheduled occasions, however Mr. ******* has yet to send them pictures or allow them in the home to view issue or repair. As previous stated we would be glad to assist our customer, ****** * ***** *********, with replacement, repair or exchange (if applicable), however pictures are required to be provided by Mr. ******* to ****** * *****. Once these are provided to them ****** * ***** will reach out to us for a solution. We do not sell to individuals, only commercial retailers, we are unable to provide a direct refund because the purchase was not made directly from us. There was not any damage or defect to this item when it left our location.Thank you.
