I went to this business and bought a bottle of bourbon, while walking out I realized it was the wrong one. I went right back inside to exchange it or get a refund. The manager whom refused to tell me his name refused a refund or exchange and said all sales are final. I asked where was that posted as there were no signs nor anything on their receipts. He refused to tell me. I then asked for his name and license number of this location he also refused to tell me any information. I then later called asking to speak to a different manager and he proceeded to hang up on me. This is absolutely horrible customer service. I was hoping he would be willing to At least exchange this bottle for what I actually needed. Extremely rude and unprofessional.Business response

On behalf of my client, ***** *** *** Shenanigans Liquors, LLC, I am emailing you in regards to Complaint ID #********* The customer, ******* ********** gave false information in her complaint against Shenanigans Liquors, LLC. She did not walk out the door and come right back in. She called the store about an hour after she left and said she had bought the wrong thing and wanted to bring it back for a refund. The manager explained to her that our policy is written on a sign on the front door that say "NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, ALL SALES FINAL" and she would not be able to bring the bourbon back for a refund or exchange. I have attached a copy of the letter I received from my client. If you need anything else just let me know. Thanks, and have a great afternoon!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
There were no visible signs on the door. Frankly, after reading the reviews of this business. I have chosen to leave a bad review. The way the manager hangs up on customers is rude and unnecessary. It is my fault for buying the wrong purchase. However, not having prices on the bottles, nor allowing customers an exchange or refund at time of purchase in my opinion is bad business. I would've spent more money had I gotten to exchange it and he wouldn't have lost a customer. In regards to saying I gave false information. That is quite unfair seeing I tried to return the bottle and called him multiple times while he continued to hang up on me. I will not partake in a he said/she said argument. Did the manager also inform you when I had called to ask him his name he proceeded to tell me to "Call the police" and hang up on me. Simply an immature response when I was trying to speak to him directly and talk to him like a normal decent human being. It is very apparent this place does not care about its customers, nor its reputation so I will no longer be doing business with this company and will continue to write negative reviews. If that manager would like to call me and personally apologize as well as take efforts in providing better business to future clientele then I will consider not continuing telling everyone I know how awful this place is. I treat those how I wish to be treated. Do I believe the customer is always right? No, people make mistakes and you are only human. What I will not condone is the fact he was rude, disrespectful as well as an awful business person.
