This hospital is the worst hospital I have ever been too. The staff is not friendly at all and the nurses and doctors are a joke. The nurses are to busy hanging out at the nurses desk talking or on their phones. I have had my dad back here 3 times for CDIFF and each time it has been the exact same way total waste of the day. The last time was on June 30th my dad who is 81 years old was taken by ambulance and arrived at 8:30am due to the fact he could not walk and he has been fighting CDiff since March of this year as soon as his antibiotic treatment is over within a couple days it is back. Every time he gets CDiff his magnesium goes down and causes him not to be able to walk or use his limbs. This Doctor by the name of Chad C****** is the rudest, most arrogant person I have ever seen. The way he spoke to my dad with such disrespect is not acceptable. He told us he does not know if it is CDiff again that they would have to wait for the results from the sample return. If you have had or know someone who has had CDiff you know the smell. He also stated that CDiff would not cause him to not be able to walk in just a couple days. After I said a few choice words to him regarding how he talks to people and his general attitude, I let him know that I will never again bring my family to this hospital where people do not care for others. His response and I quote. "Good that would make me happy" really? what kind of doctor says that. he said he was releasing him to go home and when they got the results they would call. Btw as of today July 11th we still have not received a phone call regarding his results. So, he released an 81 year old man who could not walk in the care of his 75 year old wife. I would most defiantly call this "Patient Neglect" In the same day I took him to Vanderbilt (a real hospital with real doctors who care) I am considering contacting the KY Medical Board on Chad C******.

This place charged $212 for me to sit in a waiting room for an hour, then for a doctor to ask me 3 questions about what was wrong with me then ask me what he thought we should do about it. Then he prescribed me medication that did absolutely nothing. Meanwhile, before he came in the room I sat in there for several minutes listening to him ramble about covid vaccines to a nurse.

The Staff at the ER desk are very rude! Including the security ! If they worried as much about patient quality and less about people smoking In their own cars and less talking about people. They would have better outcomes!
