The service department charged me $190 to look at my truck. They called it a diagnosis and wanted to charge me $8500 for repairs, saying that I had 3 leaks in my DEF system. I only had 1 leak which another dealership repaired under warranty. The repair would have only cost me approximately $300 if I would have had to pay. The service writer at Martin Dodge laughed when I told him they misdiagnosed my truck. Insisted on me paying in order to get my keys back. I offered him half the cost just for his time but he wouldn't even consider it. I want my $190 back.

I took my 2011 Chrysler 200 here to get them to replace the ECU. I had been told it needed replacing by 2 other mechanics and they referenced me to the dealership for repairs. The dealership performed a diagnostic for 200 dollars and stated it was my transmission solenoid and it needed to be replaced at a 800 dollar fee. 14 days later when the day was done the charges went up to 1377.00. As soon as I left the lot the car began doing the exact same thing with low speed and high RPM's. I returned to the dealership and they stated that my brake light switch was causing the issue. I had that replaced and the issue continued. Took the car back and they claimed they fixed something and the car was now fixed. Picked it up and the car had same issue. I dropped the car back off and they had it for 8 days and claimed the issues I said were wrong couldn't be duplicated while they had it. I paid 1577 dollars to have a solenoid replaced due to high rpms and low speed and it did not resolve the issue at all. They Misdiagnosed the vehicle and I do not believe they ever replaced anything on my car at all. If the parts were replaced they were not needed. The dealership staff acted as if I was lying about the issues I was having with the car they never even test drove after repairs. I checked the milage when dropping the car off and picking it up. There is no way they even drove the car to see if the issue had been resolved as the car only moved 0.8 miles. Fraudulent activity, dishonesty and disregard for customers best intrest.

Dec 12 2022, I paid to replace spark plugs, wires and ignition coil. Mechanic did not perform the work at all, instead disconnected cooling fans, hose to air filter, and poked hole in floorboard. I spoke with ****** ***** who offered a refund but haven't done so to date.

Bought new dodge challenger 10/28/2022 and driver side door mirror got busted during delivery.. Noticed film on drivers door glass also but thought it was cigarette ashes.. Salesman called about mirror before car arrived and promised to fix.. After a couple days I decided to clean car and found 4 scratches on glass that I thought was cigarette ashes.. This car had been brought home and garaged after purchasing and had not been driven since purchasing until cleaning..Kept getting promised mirror was ordered and safelite would fix glass... I notified salesman about glass immediately after found scratches also... Talked to salesman Dec.1,2022 and said mirror was in and give it a couple days for delivery and safelite (glass company) would give me a call.. One week later Dec. 8,2022 no mirror no call from safelite either.. Sent text to salesman and he replied no longer works for dealership!!! So now I'm asking for your help to help me with problem.. Don't know who to call at Martin Dodge but will try asap! New car no mirror to see side traffic just sitting waiting.. I will call Dodge and Martins as soon as my nerves calm down...

Zero star if it was available. Stay way away from this dealership. Very deceitful and they don't tell you everything up front. It appears as if they added items to our paperwork after they were signed without our consent . Never ever once was it verbally communicated to us or brought to our attention on that our purchase was a branded or salvaged title. It went from salesman, manager and financial guru. We were deceived in signing paperwork we thought was legit. Avoiding our calls and not staying true to there verbal promises. Empty promises is what they were. Salesman got very rude with us upon explaining our situation and began to yell over the phone. Very unprofessional. I have always said salesman are vultures, this has been proven here at martin dodge in B****** ***** *** So sad that a business can profit and stay open , while taking advantage of customers without a conscious. These are all my opinions if our certain situation. Take it for what it's worth. Note to self, If it's to good to be true, it probably is. My resolution would be to get back my 2,000 down payment, return the vehicle and remove off my credit report.
