      This business is fraudulent. They messed up my order and refuse to send me the correct order. Their website images didn’t match their sku, a simple mistake. Easily fixed by apology and sending the item that was incorrect. While fixing their website but Instead of doing what is right they changed their website images around to reflect that they didn’t send me the incorrect product. Customer service is very very bad. Beware!

      The customer accidentally ordered the incorrect item. We sent the customer a free return label and instructions on how to return the item for a full refund or for an exchange. The customer does not want to return the item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but to receive a refund or exchange, we ask that the customer returns the first item using the free pre-paid return label to do so.

      I ordered a shirt, received a confirmation of my order and had the money deducted from bank account. Days later I received an email saying my order was successfully cancelled. I reached out to support asking why since I hadn’t cancelled. Support told me that my account had been flagged for fraud and since I hadn’t responded to their email asking if it was fraud that they had cancelled my order. I NEVER received an email asking about fraud and support attached a photo of an email that I can’t find anywhere. This is no way to run a business and now I’m out $60 while I wait for my bank to settle the dispute since I wasn’t even offered a refund!

      Greater Half takes fraud seriously. We reached out to this customer asking to confirm the order, and we were unable to get a response. The order was canceled to protect the customer and ourselves. A refund is issued upon cancelation of any order, regardless of reasoning. We are seeing that this order was refunded in full on December 13th, 2023. There have been no credit disputes opened for this transaction.

      I placed an order for 3 shirts on June 13, 2023. It is July 7, 2023 and I have not received any product, and of course the payment came out of my account on the date of order. I have an app to track the status of the shipment, it shows that it has never shipped. Every attempt to login to my account yields a code sent to my email in an untimely fashion therefore the 15 minutes to use the code to login is outdated and I can never login to contact the company. I called the number associated with my transaction from my credit card and the "voicemail is full". I am now submitting a fraudulent charge report to my credit card company against Greater Half.

      Company is unprofessional. I placed an order on a Saturday that Monday was Memorial Day, their website states they ship within 1-2 business days meaning my order would ship that Wednesday. It didn’t ship so I emailed them and they told me it would ship Friday I then told them that that’s unacceptable and not was stated on there website they in return told me I’m wrong with an attitude. This company does not put their customers first nor do the go by there own policies.

      This company is not very professional nor do they do anything in a timely manner. I ordered a shirt for my husband's birthday on 6/20/22, 2 weeks go by and still no word on the shipment. On the website it says standard 2 to 5 business day shipping. I sent 2 emails with no response and made a phone call, which the company is central time, there's no option to leave a voice mail but to call back normal business hours. That exact day I called, I got an email saying my order has shipped. After reading the return policy, I have 30 days from the time of purchase to request refund and/or return and the item can't even be tried on to make sure it fits otherwise you get no refund. My order finally shipped and is set to arrive 28 days from purchase date, so even if I wanted a refund, I was given a total of 2 days to request it. This company has disappointed me greatly and after spending $60 on a shirt, I am very dissatisfied with this company's customer service, as there is none, and it seems that this is just a 1 person gig who needs to reconfigure all policies and add the CORRECT information on their website. I will NEVER order from this company again. Let it be known that since this company works and operates with a cell phone for customer service, it's quite ironic that the day I called was the day my item shipped out. Buyers beware, as this company takes your money and does not hold up to their company standards on their website. At this rate, I didn't even know if I want the shirt now, as it's been almost a full 30 days. Not to mention no matter the company's possible corrections to make me, the customer happy, it will NOT change my mind on how HORRIBLE this company is. I'm sure their response will be "complaint fixed" which it will not be. BUYERS BEWARE DON'T ORDER IT!!

      I have yet to receive two shirts I ordered. I called Thursday and was told both were being shipped priority. This excited me because I wanted them for a Wednesday event. It is now Monday and I have not received shipping information or shirts. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you want your product in a timely manner.
