      In August of 2023 I purchased a positive grid spark 40 amp. Order number ******************* In less than 1/2 hour of playing, the amp sound was cutting in and out. I ended up sending it in for a warranty and then I got another unit back which didn't work more than 15 minutes. Now there's no sound coming out whatsoever. Many and many and many of people are having the same issue. I can't connect it to my phone or anything. They keep sending me these apparent updaters that just put things into my computer and don't do anything so I'm pretty sure they're uploading viruses or something. Literally everything they send me is pointless and doesn't do anything. They refuse to refund my money. They refuse to upgrade my system or to exchange it for something that actually works. It has been almost a year and I have less than 1 hour on this system and I can't even enjoy it. $300 I paid for this. Enough is enough and it's time for these people to get sued for false advertisement. They're pedal that's supposed to wah doesn't even do that when people pre-ordered it it doesn't do anything they have to wait for an update for it to work. They are selling us things that don't work and we pretty much build it for free. They refuse to give me my money back and I want a refund at this point because it would be insane to do the exact same thing three times in a row because that's the definition of insane. Every message I get leads me to nowhere from these people and I'm getting tired of it. I suffer from crippling ADHD and I am disabled and I need these things in my life so I don't lose my shit. This has brought me nothing but shit and has done the very opposite of what it's supposed to do is make sound it has one job to do and it can't even do that and enough is enough. I want my refund or I'm going to sue.

      On June 21st I purchased the spark go mini Amp. Once I made the purchase I received an email stating that I need to set up an online account to use it. I responded to that email asking why I need an online account to use an Amp and that if it is required, to cancle the order because I was not aware that an account is required to use the product. Also, their website stated it would not ship until the following week. I sent an email every day to cancle the order and could not find a phone number to call to cancle it. They shipped the product the next day which contradicted their website. It took them 5 days to respond. They said to refuse the order but everyone knows that if a signature is not required then they will deliver it anyway. I have also informed them that I would be out of town during delivery and to send me a return label so I can send it back unopened. It has now been 3 days since i requested the return lable and they have not responded. This same issue was brought to the BBB last year. Positive grid stated they dropped the ball and would correct the issue. That was a year ago and they have done nothing to correct it. Again nothing but silence. I want a return label emailed to me so I can out this frustration behind me. If they had a phone number to contact them, this would not have been an issue but they do not have a phone contact. They only communicate through emails and don't respond to those emails. It's a shame it has to come to this to get a response. They said they would address this issue a year ago when someone else had the same issue. Obviously they only said that as a marketing ploy to anyone that actually checks the BBB before they buy.
