      I placed my order over 3 weeks ago and have not received any update from Semper Silkies. I’ve reached out multiple times asking for an update, and have not received any response. They were quick to take my money, but severely delayed with shipping and customer service. Or, they’re just a scam entirely.

      Ordered and paid a $100 worth of product. Never received the product. This company customer service will not respond to any email request for update or shipping information. I have attempted to contact company through Social Media, email and reviews, but with no success. All I get is computer generate response of ticket created.

      Placed an order on June 26, 2023. Order was confirmed, funds in the amount of $31.98 was paid. Have not received any correspondence since about an update on shipping. Sent several emails over the last 3 weeks and no return email. Filed a claim with my bank since they won't respond. Sad customer service. Don't understand how a company will willing take your money, but after that, won't contact or deliver the product. 0/10, would not recommend.

      I ordered from this website from Semper Silkies on June 15th, it was a pair of American flag silkies. I have reached out to their only contact source which is email five times throughout this month and have received no response or update. I paid 26.99 my order number is SS40496 for the silkies I had ordered for my dad for father’s day. In my last three emails that was sent I have said I just want the refund at this point. I’m really disappointed in not receiving anything or getting any type of update. I only heard good things about the website but have experienced the opposite.

      I ordered three items on 13 January for a total of $69.47. My items were never fulfilled. I contacted the company on 6 February asking the status of my order and was told that the customer service representative would contact shipping and follow up. This never occurred. I emailed again on 10 and again on 14 February with no further responses. I have disputed the charge with my bank and am filing here to prevent others from losing money for products that were not delivered.

      I own an apparel business and placed a custom order with Semper Silkies in April of this year. They were freindly and gave me the info I needed to place the bulk order. After this, communication has been abysmal, they have made multiple mistakes in the production, they have apologized more than once for poor communication, and over half a year later I have not received my order or a refund or even a substantial update. I have paid and they are holding onto my funds and I am very concerned that they will attempt to give me neither my order or my refund. I am a very small startup and the loss of funds has been damaging.
