I am a 73 yr old woman whose only source of income is Social Security asking for help in resolving
an issue with The Good Feet Store located at 760 Campbell Lane. Bowling Green, KY 42104. I
went there at approximately 5:00 pm on Saturday 4/27/2024 where I was waited on by ******** the
only person in the store. She spent the next hour and a half having me walk back and forth and
extoling the reason I needed their "lifetime guaranteed" arch support system and telling me they
could even finance this system for $78.00 a month. I told her that wouldn't be be necessary and
swiped my personal credit card to get out of the store as I had 5 dogs, 5 cats, 3 donkeys, a 30+
year old horse at home waiting to be fed. I was never told anything at all about purchases of their
products being non-returnable and I never looked at the receipt ******* gave me on 4/27 until got
home. I went back to The Good Feet Store on Monday 4/29/2024 to return all of the parts and
pieces of the system I never needed in the first place and after over an hour wait finally got to talk
with the store manager who said she needed to call someone to get an authorization for the refund
of the $1574.01 to my credit card but when she called there was no one there who could authorize
it that day. I find The Good Feet Store's practices both deceptive and irresponsible and and am
requesting the credit of the $1574.01 be issued to my credit card immediately. I will of course
return all of the never even tried arch support system components as I tried to on 4/29/2024.
