I placed an order through Kings Body Jewelry on July 25, 2024 for 77.97. (see attached ****************) I received my package on 29 July with missing and incorrect items. I had placed an order for 5 items and only received 4 in the package. Upon further review I discovered that they had also sent me incorrect sizes of jewelry, according to their site I should have received silicone tunnels at 41mm however they were 45mm. This is misleading and incorrect information. (see attached ****************). They have a 1mm +/- guarantee but this was 4mm bigger than what I ordered. I placed another order for wood plugs that were 40 mm, this was correct however, I was mislead by their sizings on their website and wouldn't have ordered them if I knew the silicone plugs were going to be a 5 mm difference, I expected a 1mm difference. (see attached **********************). When I contacted the company they had admitted to their fault in not sending one of the items. (see attached ***************) I had asked why I was not immediately notified or refunded for the item that they KNEW was not in stock. I've sent a few e-mails since I've received my package and only got that one response. My significant other has also reached out with no response. Both of our original accounts from the website have been deleted making it unable for us to leave a review or see our previous orders on their website.
