I was given a $25.00 gift card for Christmas 2022. This gift card was to Ivy and Sage 31W bypass Bowling Green KY. I have tried and failed on two occasions to make a purchase. Initially, there was a store located in Bowling Green on 31 W Bypass. Unfortunately, I was unable to visit the store. Sometime, during the first quarter of 2023 Ivy and Sage closed there 31W Bypass store, and set-up sales of their products (plants and pots and related items) in two Bowling Green locations. One location is in Providence Coffee Shop on Nashville Road in Bowling Green and the other is in Greenwood Mall inside the 270 Store. I have visited both store and attempted to purchase with my $25.00 gift card. On both occasions the cashier called the Ivy and Sage owner, ********* ************ and was told Ivy and Sage would not honor the gift card and the cashier would make the sale at their expense. I just want to purchase the face value of the gift card and would like Christian Tate-Booker to honor her commitment of a gift card sale to a customer. Said gift card has no expiration date and is less than one-year old. Thank you ***** *******  ********** P.s. I have the card and the receipt.
