    HORRIBLE company. Heartless, bottom feeding, money hungry, soul less mammals; cannot actually be human. My recruiter (appeared to be) a pathological liar, pivoting and shifting like a used car sales mammal. It sent me one candidate who appeared to have at least dementia or Alzheimer's. For one to work in psychiatric or therapeutic recruitment, one SHOULD have discernment. All horrible candidates and I actually paid for someone brought to (it), so it got paid for work (it) did not really complete. Here is the plot twist; a candidate I rejected brought my therapist to me. Me paying for my therapist was really mercy money for (it); I can't imagine (it) would be able to continue in (it's) position much longer. I will never use this service again, and would look elsewhere. Thank God my therapist is bringing on her own recruits. MUCH better results from someone who actually is paying attention to what they are doing.

    This customer entered into a contract with us in March of 2023. In june of 2024 we presented a candidate that was referred to us by another and this customer interviewed her and hired her. Once she began work we invoice for our services (June 19, 2024). Over 30 days later on a Net 10 Invoice, we followed up to ensure the invoice had been received and was in process. We were greeted with a very lengthy email about how our recruiter did poor work and that he would pay the invoice. I then received a barrage emails containing profanity and stating he pay shortly. At 60 days past due, we issued a certified letter requesting payment be made to avoid collections. We were then sent another barrage of profanity filled emails and another statement that he would pay shortly. He then emailed stating he would pay $1000 per week for 3 weeks. We received the first installment and two weeks later we had reach out yet again regarding the balance due. Which was again responded to with profanity. At that time we finally received the 3 payments within a couple of days that satisfied the balance due. At no time prior to or after the placement was made did this person ever reach out to management or ownership to discuss any issues with our services or the placement of the candidate.
