  Bought a 2009 Honda accord with warranty 12,000miles or 12 months which ever one was first made purchase in February the day after I bought it engine light came on talked to ***** he said bring back up I did he had his helper take to mechanic they cleared engine light which was something to do with emissions they put some kinda cleaner in it light was back on before I made it back home. Then the front end was shaking talked to ***** again he said probably needed brakes to take to his mechanic he would fix them as mechanic is doing brakes I talked to him bout light coming on he said the catilyic converters was stopped up and needed to be fixed. Before I bought he had put a power steering pump on so he knew the vehicle. Had to argue with ***** bout him fixing converters for bout a week had to tell him I would pay him back before he would fix them. After they were fixed it was smoking like crazy talked to ***** AGAIN he said it probably from where they are new and they come with some type of oil on them. He told me in the mist of all that him fixing was the last thing he was doing. Needless to say it’s been in shop for almost 2 weeks awaiting new motor. So with in a month of me having this car it’s been in shop 3. times one for brakes one for new converters one to have light cleared and cleaner put in it now it’s awaiting a new motor. I’ve lost my job due to this vehicle not running correctly and now actually being without a vehicle at all. The total price of car was 11 thousand and something I paid 4000 down leaving me owing 7900 something pymts 285 a month which I have not even made 1st pymt yet. Hell I haven’t even gotten my plates yet the temporary tag is still on car. I feel he should take his loss give me back my $4000 that I paid for a down payment and be done the cars in the shop awaiting a motor but the motor still hasn’t arrived. It’s been in shop for going on two weeks. How long am I gonna be without a vehicle? How am I supposed to get a job supposed to live because he sold me a piece of shit car and he knew it because he had already had a power steering pump put on it. The mechanic knew the car he knew the converters were stopped up so you can’t tell me that ***** the owner of the car lot didn’t know that before he sold me the car I think that they had the light cleared had stuff put in it and it was sitting there waiting for somebody to drive it. That’s why the light didn’t come on when I test drove it and that’s why it drove good

  We are currently facing a delay in the process of title/registration transfer for the truck we purchased from Robertson Auto Sales. Despite the passage of 63 days, the necessary documents have not yet been filed with the state authorities. Consequently, our temporary tags have expired and are no longer valid due to the lack of proper filings.
