      I purchased a smart watch from thier website on Jan 25, 2023. Order #****** The site states that there is a 30 day return policy. I received the watch on Feb 9th. On Feb 22, I emailed letting them know I didn't love the watch and would like to return it. I emailed them a couple times without response so I tried calling the number they have listed but it does not work. Finally this morning I received a response letting me know that because I bought the watch on special it cannot be returned. NO WHERE in their return policy does it state this (I've added a link to their policy) *****************************************  This is terrible business. Their site boasts hassle free returns.. I think not.

      Jan 5, 2023 I bought 2 Smart watches on line from Soveye. We can not program them because the instructions are too small and I wish to return them. They said in the email that returns are allowed. I have tried the address provided in their information and no one has returned the email. I called Kentucky information to get a phone number and there is not listed. It seems as if the company has disappeared into thin air with no regard to customer service. Do you have any way of contacting this company so I can get a refund? Thank you.

      The company did contact me and stated since the item was on sale, it could not be returned and a refund could not be issued. Thank you for getting in touch with the company and settling the issue for me.

      I purchased a watch from Soveye for $59.99 paid for on my Visa card, It was purchased in November. My wife received two identical watches, I have had a diffucult time with this company as far as any communication with them, as far as shipping date or any communication. I emailed them wanting to return the watch. Two weeks later I got an email saying the watch could not be returned because the watch was on offer. Their website says "easy returns" no where on their site does it say watches on offer cannot be returned. Please view their website and see for yourself, I just want my money back, the watch is in the original packing.

      My husband ordered a watch for me for Christmas. It wasn't what I was looking for and requested a return from the seller (soveye.com). I reviewed their return policy (request within 30 days) and contacted them by email, starting December 26th. No response received. I continued to email my request and use the "contact us" form through their website (numerous times) with no response. I called the number listed on the site and it appears to be out of service.

      COMPLAINT #************** I received a message from the seller. They stated that I wasn't eligible for a return because it was purchased on an "offer". There is nothing on the website that states or infers that my purchase wouldn't be eligible for a return/refund.
