            Have paid *** **** @ bear creek horses and saddles $ 1,911.00 for a saddle to be made , originally gave him a $ 800.00 , 4-22 deposit. told me about 3 mths to finish .. it has been 5 mths now and I finally got a hold of him last week,,, he said saddle is completed and send balance of $ 1,111.00 to him and he would get saddle out . I mailed him the check 10 days ago .... not I get NO RESPONSE from... he only has a voice recorder which is full and will not take anymore messages ....

            Not a good experience with a custom saddle purchase I had a custom saddle made. When i ordered the saddle I was told all the supplies were in stock except the sturups and I was given an estimate. I payed half down. 7 months later I was told It was done. I was being charged $700 more then estimated. While trying to come to a agreement with Tim he told me he has been beaten before and he hung up and wouldnt take my calls. I paid him the estimate plus $600. He sent me the saddle. It is not even close to the one we chose in person and then later on line. The color was not right.He removed the sheepskin off the bottom and replaced it with cheep lining. The saddle was was not the deep seated roper we ordered and the bars are too wide for my horse. I had many conversations during the build and the was never a mention of price aincreas. He never sent the promised pictures before shipping.Very disapointing.
