I had a cow dropped of on March 12, 2022 to be butchered. I paid the processing fee of $366 on the pick up day of April 6, 2022. The cow weighed 1195lbs live, 730lbs on the rail. I should have received around 625lbs of meat after processing. They gave me 245lbs of meat and informed me they threw the rest away in order to save time to do more orders. They offered to give me $200 for 380lbs of meat they tossed. They also offered to give me 120lbs of undetermined cuts in 3 months. I am out almost 400lbs of grade A beef because they wanted to rush orders, and they admitted to it. I would have to spend approximately $3,500 at the store to replace what they threw away of mine. $200 and or 120lbs of undetermined, unquality cuts won’t suffice. Attached is a photo of the receipt for processing with the rail weight on it.
