            I recently sold cards to trollandtoad on June 14th 2024. My Order number is ******* The Original total payment was $300.95. As the packaged arrived at their facility, and upon inspecting the cards, I received an email on June 25th saying my original total payment would change because of their near-mint policy and that the new total would be $211.60. I replied back to process as it, meaning I accepted the new total. It's now July 16th, and I haven't received payment from them. I emailed them, and also left messages on their website stating how long does payment process take. Unfortunately, no response from them. Trollandtoad is a good company, it's just very unfortunate the lack of communication with the customer.

            I find it really interesting that yall can find the time to respond to BBB REVIEWS with pretty, dressed up messages but ignore all emails and phone calls. Give me my money bro. Yall done had my cards for over two weeks now. GIVE ME MY MONEY AND SEND ME MY CARDS BACK FROM EVERY SINGLE ORDER that I sent yall and you adjusted I want EVERY CARD that’s not accounted for returned. I have bills due I’m not playing around.
