Kentucky Climate Control sent out two plumbers to do a job for me at my lake house at *** *** *** ****, Nancy, KY. The first plumber was terminated, and the second one did work that needs to be repaired. The local water company called me and advised I have over $100 bill for water that has been leaking for the past few days. The water has done significant damage to the house that I just sold. The buyer was sending out an appraiser tomorrow, but they will have to cancel because I had to shut the water off. The plumbing has to be redone and the sheetrock and paint needs redone. I don't know how much other water damage was done by the faulty plumbing. I called Kentucky Climate Control to see if their plumber could get out, but he will be too busy to get out to even look at it. Since I just sold the house, the buyer is concerned. I have assured his realtor that I will repair the damage. It seems that Kentucky Climate Control is not interested in helping me with my problem even though it was caused by their plumber, so I will have to hire another plumber to do their job correctly. I could also lose the sale of the house because of this. I would think that Kentucky Climate Control would be interested in at least taking a look at the damage and problem, but apparently they are not. I honestly don't understand what is happening with American businesses today. Nobody cares about quality and all they care about is getting their money and then going to the next project. Kentucky Climate Control still owes me $1,000 that they never returned to me even after admitting to me that they owed me the money due to a clerical error.
