I purchased some buildings from them they couldn't build or deliver on my site so they just sold me the panels to make the buildings I had no way of hauling them it was almost $7,000 worth and now they are declining to give me my money back or my panels saying they have no records I want something done The owner will not answer my phone calls or my wife's phone call He's dodging usBusiness response

This person has a copy of one of my companies invoices that shows that he purchased material in January of 2022. Now after 18 months he claims that he forgot to pick it up. I have no records showing that he has not received what he purchased. It is normal procedure that a customer would pay for their material and pick up at the same time or at the very least make arrangements to pick up within a few days. Not wait 18 months and then claim that they got busy and that they are just now getting around to calling and asking for a refund because they no longer need it. We also have a no return no refund policy.Customer response

I apologize, i read that as January instead of July. So instead of 18 months it has been 12 months. I still have the same response. No one is dodging calls, we have spoken to them several times.Customer response
