      I cancelled my reservation within the 14 day time day time frame it’s not my problem he brought the camp ground without not getting the money for the fees I.am a 77 year old Vietnam veteran and I never no how my health is going to be all I ask for what is right.

      This has been a problem since we began to take this business over 5 weeks ago.  ** ******* Pre-booked on 9-17-22.  This was a year ago, His 246.13 went to the previous owner.  Under the previous owners policy Any guest who is with a group requires a 30 day notice prior to the day of check-in.  Being with a group puts him in this category to recieve an On Hold Reservation Credit which he can use within a year.  His reservation is with a group. 

      We are happy to honor that On Hold Reservation Credit that he agreed to under the old ownership.  I understand that he doesn't care that there is a new owner but I do care that we do what's right in honoring this On Hold Reservation Credit that he agreed to under the previous owner.  If *** ******* will call us to reschedule, we will be happy to honor that agreement with another year for this credit.  

      I also appreciate *** ******* service and him being a Vet and I do care for him and his wonderful service that he performed for our country.  I have a Father that fought in Vietnam and a son that is stationed in England right now.  I am sorry that this is unfortunate circumstance but I will honor this credit and would even go as far as if he wanted to donate his credit to a family member, all he would need to do was give us a call.  I know that he doesn't care that I am a new owner but I also have a family and several grand children and I am trying to honor the agreement which is the right thing to do.  I hope this will help with any inconvenance that this may have caused *** *******.

      I am rejecting this response because: My receipt said I have 14 day cancellation and I don’t plan on staying or traveling to this area in the near future it doesn’t say anything about a group just that I paid and Three Springs Campground has had my money for over a year.  Three Springs Campground is the business that has my money and I would like it to be an honest upstanding business and refund my money and if you think you are in titled to 1 days camping so be it.

      The previous owner had a group policy cancellation of 30 days prior to cancellation or you would receive a On Hold Credit.  Your cancellation fit into this category.   You booked with knowledge of this cancellation policy.  

      I will again be happy to rebook you for a later date within the next year as her policy states.  I am happy to give you or a family member this credit as well. Please call us to book this credit.  I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.

      I made a camping reservation 10/8/2022 for $246.13. It was put on my Visa @ 5.03 pm 8808. It was a yr in advance so 3 Springs Campground had my money to use for one year. When I called 9/4/23 to cancel the owner said no. Because he just purchased the RV park five days ago. He did not have any money to refund. I told him I wanted the money that the reservation I made stated “cancellation policy requires a 14 day notice prior to check in date”. Which I was doing. He still said all he could do was hold a site that I could use in the future. I live in TN which is 300 miles from Corinth KY. I do not want that I will never be in that part of the world. I want a cash refund. He finally said he would investigate and call me back. He has not called me back. I tried yesterday and today and left messages. No response. Guess he hopes I will go away. I have copies of the reservation if you need them in my phone. I sincerely hope you can help my husband and I.

      I no longer own this campground after 9 yrs of operating it. We sold it to ***** ******* who stated that he would honor the Cancellation Policy on the Pre-Bookings that were paid to him in advance of him taking control of the park on 8/30/2023. Since he has been paid for each Pre-booking, this is a matter to be taken up with him. The website currently shows an email address of ************************* and I would suggest starting there first. I am sorry that I was not able to better assist you in the matter. The Cancellation Policy is clearly stated on the bottom of your receipt and since he was paid for the reservations in advance of the stay, as long as you cancelled more than 14 days prior to the check-in date, you should be issued a refund minus the appropriate Cancellation Fees.

      I am the owner and have investigated this response.  I am currently working with a new program that I am just learning myself.  In addition to running the park and trying to manage employees and train them. I am having to be trained myself.  Refunds in the program is something that I am more than happy to do but I’ve had several cancellations that are occupying a tremendous amount of my time.  I am happy to refund the money if it falls within the policies guidelines.  I will try to resolve this with the next few days. Thank for your patience as I have not been at the park for a week trying to balance the park and my family life.

      On July 18th, I rented two campers from Three Springs Campground to stay in for a family trip for Aug5th and 6th of 2022. Had a family scheduling issue arise that was interfering with the trip, therefore I needed to make changes to the original reservation. Called campground on July 20th and 21st, left messages with receptionist, over and over, emailed campground, yet no contact with business owner , ******* *****. On July 22nd ******* ***** answered my call , she informed me, when I tried to explain my concerns that I was too late to make changes to my reservation and that I was not within the "prior to" 14 day policy. I would be forfeiting the entire reservation premium and she would not refund any money cause I did not call in time. She said I would have needed to call by the 20th. I did call, left messages and never received any calls or emails whatsoever from this merchant about this issue. I believe this merchant purposely avoided answering my calls and emails untill the 22nd to avoid any changes or refunds. I did get upset with this merchant , seem she had a rule/policy for every question that I had that was only to benefit her. I have turned this dispute into my credit card company and it is under investigation thru them for a refund. The merchant also has documented to my credit card company that she tried to call me about an email that I sent her on the 21st of July with details of the needed changes, to which she had no clue about this email till I told her on the phone during our conversation on July 22nd. The reviews on this campground under the online scheduling website resemble my issue and seems to be an ongoing issue with this merchant. Please look into this merchant so that so many people aren't being taken advantage of by her. I'm out $524 dollars and I feel like I've been abused and taken advantage of by this merchant. I did send her cancellation notice on the 22nd by email but originally tried to resolve my issues with this merchant on the 20.

      Have not heard from this business.

      Not satisfied with this business or the ethics of this business .

      After researching their reviews, it is sickening to see how far this business will go to call consumers liars if the consumer didn’t give them a good review. All of the bad reviews are over some type of check in time or refund and the owner refused everyone a refund , no matter the time frame. Their policy is a sure way to keep the traveling consumers money regardless of service.

      Three springs campground in Kentucky are not refunding our money after trying to cancel our reservation. They have policy's that are not listed on their web site and want to hold our money for 2 years. They will not answer the phone and finally when they did it was at 14 days and apparently you have until 14 days to cancel. Well now they are not refunding the money now and want to hold it for 2 years. They are very shady business and customer service is awful. This place shouldn't be in business. I want my refund minus cancelation amount which is $10 a night Total of $20. Siad they called us back several times and left voicemails and they did not. My phone records can prove that if needed. Additionally I can show phone records of trying to reach them with no response.
