Purchased home that just had foundation reconstruction that contains. "Lifetime Warranty." I have been in contact with Chad for over a year now, trying to get him to come back to the property to finish the job that was not completed. I was informed the front wall foundation would take a year to settle, however Friday March 3rd, 2023, this front wall was pouring water into my basement leaving standing water in the house. For a year, I have been experiencing flooding issues in the basement that is now causing further issues with the house such as damages to the walls, furnace and personal items. Chad informed me that he would send workers out to patch the side wall that waterfalls water and to this day no one has come to the property to fix these issues. In January 2023, I spoke with Chad on a Friday January 6th and was promised we would set a time up the following Monday January 9th and i have still yet to hear from him. I have tried contacting him every week since January 6th and no response.Business response

Showed up to look at concerns that ******** **** had with her property on Forrest Ave. Upon my arrival front down spout pipe was unhooked and dumping water directly at the front corner of the foundation. The dirt in the front area had settled creating a trap ponding effect for standing water. In all instances this could void warranty due to proper drainage was not maintained and downspout was not piped away from house. What the concerns were did not pertain to the work previous done on the foundation. It was on a wall and area that we did not do any work on. I arranged for a crew to go over and do some patch work on the area that she had concerns with which again we did not do any prior work on this area and was not covered under the warranty. The crew was going to do the patch work because of the amount of work that we do for the previous owners, The Saalfeld's. Our contract was not originally with **** **** it was with **** *** ******* ********. When the crew showed up at the time and date, we agreed on **** **** stated that she worked from home and that it would be fine. Crew showed up and **** **** was not there. If **** **** would like for us to come out and patch the two areas that I previous told her, we would do we would be more than happy to reschedule that.
