Wayne T**** is extremely unprofessional. Our realtor referred us to him to repair some cracks in the foundation of a house we are selling. Wayne was nice on the phone. However, when he came to our home and evaluate the foundation, he came in and was extremely rude. He made us very uncomfortable and when we started to call the realtor who referred him, he got really loud, raising his voice, and yelling for us to hang up on her. As we backed away, he kept getting closer, getting really loud and yelling. We will NOT be using him EVER again and our realtor said she would never recommend him to any of her clients again. It's unbelievable how rude and uncomfortable this situation was. He must be mentally unstable or something. Please have multiple people around if you ever deal with him. He sounded manic and unpredictable.

Wow!! I really am amazed at this . I was called to give a price on repairing two cracks in a foundation. When I arrived I told the home owner how we would repair the cracks, at that point she told me she didnt want to make the repairs this way because she didnt want to possibly cause the potential buyer to ask more questions . It was clear to me at this point that these people were trying to hide a structure problem .Let me make this perfectly clear. I am not interested in covering up a structural issue. After we talked and the foundation cracks she wanted to discuss a crack in the floor. Now I was telling her I would not grind this level and cover it with carpet . I told her to get a flooring company. I did this because this person wanted me to make these cosmetic repairs and tell everyone in involved that their foundation is fine. I tried to gracefully bow out but she persisted to try to get me to address these problems in the manner that she wanted a cheap cover up and a clean bill of health . In short they in reality they need around $25,000.00. In foundation repairs to stop this house from sinking. She wanted me to do cheap cosmetic repairs and to say everything if fine. Thats never going to happen. The discussion did get heated I did not scream at this woman I did however raise my voice for that I do and did apologize for getting elevated. And if any realtor doesnt want to use our company because Im gonna be honest then they can take there business down the street. Dont call me if you dont want a real solution or the truth. Her statements about our meeting hover between lies and gross exaggeration.
