Completely took advantage and pressured and lied to a woman buyer. Was told could bring car back after husband looks it over was told to sign first . Car was broken down not once but twice after forced to sign papers the keep didn’t work and was told they would fix entire coolant system said ordered parts and told being fixed then was done came to get told everything was complete only to find out thru a young employee that no it wasn’t done they just put stop leak in it and filled the coolant up and then broke down when we attempted to leave . Now they have our trade in and won’t return it our down payment and even the jeep they still have possession of and still trying to force the deal after we tried to give it a chance to make it right but we’re lied to yet again . Now says no they don’t care if we take the car or not acting like bullies totally unprofessional they said still forcing the deal . That’s correct they have our car our money and the Jeep that’s broken down at the dealership . We don’t know what to do as we are being threatened and bullied and now have nothing because they took it all.
