      I signed up with this service in Nov of 2020 at which time I agreed to pay 99 a month for services to fix and or repair my credit , I have emails where I sent asking for updates and no this was ever updated to me I kept asking what was going on and all I rec. was the courts are backed up We’re working on your case. I then tol ****** the owner that I was getting frustrated and seemed like they were just taking my money nothing was happening like what they claim on the phone commercial. I have enrolled another company and already getting results. I told ****** until I saw results I was not willing to pay. He told me that the last thing he wanted was to be called fraudulent. He said he didn’t want me to feel taken advantage of. And he would work with me. When I tried to pay the receptionist ****** me er returned my phone calls or messages. I am a lender/banker. I would never refer my clients to this company again

      Our office always regrets losing a client. After 15 years of service, we do have a few clients and even non clients that have provided a negative review. In response: Mr. X has failed to pay 8 out of 10 Months of services as agreed, Mr. X account was terminated 8/11/21. Our termination was based on the last event of compliancy. Per the events, services ranging from 5/25/21 to 6/25/21 due 6/25/21 were not paid, Mr. X verbally requested 7/1/21 another 30-day extension since he has yet to close any home loans for his employer in the past several months. He requested that we continue to case work his credit reports and bill him for services provided 5/25/21 to 7/25/21 on 7/25/21. Reluctantly we agreed and again payment for 2 months of services were declined on 7/25/21. Numerous times from 7/25 to 8/11 by way of Text, Email, Mobile & Office Phone we were unsuccessful reaching Mr. X at which time the relationship was Terminated 8/11/21. Over 60 days later 9/7/21 at 6:20 PM our office received a message by email from Mr. X to call him and discuss the continuation of services. On 9/7/21 at 7:24PM our office replied that his account was Terminated.  Mr. X replied at 7:46 PM or 22 minutes later he has hired a consumer protection attorney and expected a reply call ASAP.  Our office replied 9/7/21 at 8:36 PM requesting Mr. X to govern himself accordingly that our office also has 2 of the 3 only practicing consumer lawyers in Kentucky already working with our company and we will gladly discuss this matter in a legal setting if necessary. Less than hour later 9/7/21 Mr. X replied stating we are not worth his thoughts. The next day 9/8/21 at 8:00AM our office received an email from Mr. X apologizing for his mood yesterday and wished us well, etc... On 9/8/21 or 26 Minutes after receiving Mr. X apology our office received another email from the BBB at 8:26 A.M. stating Credit1solutions.com has received a complaint. Our office has replied with the BBB request of communication and any documentation to support our comments with and or given us the opportunity to resolve this matter with Mr. X. Due to compliancy and privacy laws our office is not permitted to provide any legal data concerning our clients. As of to date we have been notified by BBB that Mr. X has yet to respond to our replies
