Februrary 21, 2023, I had 3 lower teeth pulled and had impressions made for a new upper denture and lower partial. Returned on March 10, 2023 to have stitches removed and more impressions made, had a fitting done on March 30, 2023. I still do not have my denture or partial I have called, my insurance company called on April 21, 2023, was told the person in billing was on vacation. Called them again on April 24, 2023 was told the person in billing had returned from vacation with the flu and was out sick. Again on the 27th when the billing person had left early for a family emergency, insurance company called and left a message on the 28th, on May 2, 2023 called and got the fax machine, same for the 3rd. My insurance company has filed a grievance. It seems billing had failed to put my upper denture on the insurance claim, an issue which has still not been resolved despite the calls from myself and my insurance company. Meanwhile I cannot eat properly, Im always hungry, I have a blood clotting disorder which is affected by my diet, and an ostomy I really need my teeth. My insurance company is talking about getting their money back and finding a new provider but I dont want to do that I really just want to get my teeth and be able to eat again.Business response
