Nice as can be, didn't try to up-sale, listened to concerns and wants and advised on what to purchase, that was the one and only time we experienced professionalism. We paid for the pool in full minus taxes due and install fee. At time of ordering pool asked on lead time for install and was informed no lead time at all that once weather was acceptable pool would be installed. Allowed for weather to level out contacted owner of store to schedule install and was told we were third on the list and she would be in contact. Waited two weeks contacted her again and was told there were still installs ahead of us. Contacted store owner every week attempting to get scheduled date for install with lack of commitment and communication from owner. At this point we had made 3 payments on pool with no commitment date to install pool only excuse after excuse. Owner actually hung up on both my spouse and me, called us both liars when we tried to explain we had ordered pool three months previous and were just looking for a date and reminded owner of comment about no lead time on install. We decided to pick up the pool and look for a different installer due to fact that owner would not give even a general idea of install date due to lack of employees however owner had stated previously in our communication that they had 10 employees on install team. At the purchase time owner had stated she would pull her inground team for above ground install as this was a one-day process, we were informed at pick up that the before mentioned employees were for in-ground install only. It is obviously a matter of money spent on pool for owner to commit to install! Upon investigating past reviews, it was discovered several customers have had the same issue of unprofessionalism. Upon leaving the store we contacted another install company and had a pool installed in 10 days. There is lack of concern for customer once payment has been received. The issue is obviously not a lack of employees.
