      We hired them for a pool opening and we had to pay in advance over the phone. They did a terrible job but we dealt with it for the price. Upon leaving my husband asked if we owed anything and the man said no. We then received a bill in the mail for $258!! I called and spoke to skipper and informed him of all of this and he said you asked for a pool “opening” not a pool “cleaning”. Normally a pool opening consists of cleaning. We were never able to get our pool clean enough to swim in it. Now our pool has a leak and we are unsure if they somehow punctured the liner. This company has lied to us about cost and did not explain there were “openings” and cleanings. I will never use this company again! They now have sent me to collections for their mistakes of not explaining anything and informing us we had to pay in advance and then charging us more AFTER they said we didn’t owe anything!! Now they have ruined my credit score!!

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      I called and spoke to a woman. She did NOT offer me any of the advice and they DID NOT give me this flyer! They failed to do their job! I paid in full and I will not pay more! They failed to inform me that there would be more cost once the terrible job was “complete” and I say that lightly!!

      There is nothing else for us to say.  She is correct, we did not provide her with the flyer but ******* (she is female) reviewed the process on 6/2/2022.  Unfortunately, based on her response account will remain in collections.

      I will not pay this. She did not provide correct information! Details were left out, and we were told nothing else was owed. Then randomly they want to send us a bill?? Seriously?! No, not right on their part. Their mistake so they can take the loss and take it out of collections and off my credit report!
