On October 1, 2020, I ******* D ****** signed a contract with iClaim Specialists to put a new roof on my home. This roof came with a Factory Warranty for a (Lifetime) & (Ten Year Labor Warranty). My wife noticed several brown spots in the Livingroom ceiling where the roof had been leaking. I immediately called the iClaim Representative who signed the contract to do the work. He stated he no longer worked for iClaim but he would give me the Owner's contact information. I called the Owner and left messages on his phone and when I didn't receive a call back, I then drove to the address that was on the contract which was; *** ** ******** ******* ************** ** *****. When I got there, I was told that iClaim had moved and I was given the building Owner's phone number to ask him. After a few more calls to the iClaim's Owner and leaving messages on his phone, he finally returned my call stating he would have someone come to fix my roof. No one ever showed up. Later in the week I got a call from a Contractor stating he was going to come and fix the roof. He asked if I would text him my address, I did. He also asked if I knew the pitch of my roof. I explained to him that I don't know but it's steep. He then stated he don't think he could do the job and he was going to call the Owner back to let him know that he would have to get someone else to do the job because he was too old to get up on a very steep roof. As of this day Friday, January 20, 2023, I haven't heard anything from iClaim to come and repair my roof. Our total cost for the roof was $ 15,452.17
