I set up a van pick up from Airport for 9.27.2023 almost week ahead of that day calling from Germany since I had many bags due to military move from Europe to Fort Knox. I waited half an hr for the driver to show up for the pick up. When he finally showed up he did not come with a van and said that he was not told that I had so many bags and supposedly was told that it is only for 1 person, when I made it very clear on the phone that it is me and my wife with 10 bags which is why we need a van and not a regular taxi. I called 3 times to conform this and made it clear. We barely fit all the bags in and my wife had to sit on the edge of the seat the entire 40 minute ride . My complaint is about the fact that the driver was not able to give me a receipt and just wrote the amount on a business card. I told him that I need official receipt for our finance office to get reimbursed since this is an official trip. He took my info and said that the company will email me the receipt next day. I have been calling 3 days now and still did not get the receipt. Now it appears that my phone number is blocked and when I call from another phone, nobody is picking up the phone there. I need the receipt for the $110 that I paid for the ride to get my reimbursement.Business response

I do apologize that I have not previously responded. I have attached a copy of his receipt and also emailed to him.
My driver was in a Chrysler town and country 7 passenger van. There were several large suitcases and we were able to fit everything in. I'm not sure how comfortable or uncomfortable everyone was, I'm afraid my dispatcher might not have been clear on the size and number of bags and we will try to receive more information in the future especially for someone returning from overseas.
This van is one of my larger vehicles and is normally sufficient for luggage.
