My friend had went to JC's smoke shop for me cause I'm on bedrest and can't leave my home due to ***** ******... so she went and picked up tobacco and tubes for me , well they had given her the wrong sized tubes.... so I've been trying to call them ever since 1:30 and they just now answered the phone at 3:00 pm..... their telling me that I can't exchange the tubes for a shorter size cause it's been over an hour.... that is so crazy to me it really is and I even have the receipt as well that I have disclosed for you.... these sized tubes will not work on my machine , so I asked if I could exchange them and she said no and was even rude about it and wouldn't let me speak to her manager when I asked to speak with her..... Thank you so much for your timeBusiness response

We have contacted the customer and the situation has been resolved. We have given her an exchange on the products that she had purchased.
