            Owner just doesn't seem to have it together. Originally met the owner at a gas station where we talked over my old pickup, he gave me his card which I held onto; owning multiple vehicles one of them always needed something. He just never was able to get me in or effectively communicate with me. Made multiple appointments for him to fix issues that I had already diagnosed, no show. Most recently I reached out and asked him if he had time a certain day to press a wheel bearing on my girlfriend's car, no show. Terrible communication as he never even told me he wasn't coming. Just super frustrating when you're trying to support a small business but they can't deliver any form of quality. As he never showed up, I can't necessarily grade him on his knowledge and expertise but I don't think any of that matters if you can't trust a guy to effectively communicate an appointment.
