            March 2022 I purchased a $345 sink from Magnus. When purchased I explained to sales rep I am remodeling a home in ******* and live in ********** ** and other materials were on back order. They explained that this sink was also low in stock, I should purchase immediately and if a issue I could return later no questions asked. The sink arrived 2 weeks later and due to other items being on backorder the sink was unopened in original packaging. When all materials arrived, the box was opened and the sink has a cosmetic flaw. There was no damage to shipping box. We submitted pictures to Magnus as requested and they said it was a shipping issue with ***** and file a dame claim. There was no damage. I asked if they carried insurance for this and I was told yes. I was also told the owner would call me back and he never did. This business is a scam and preys on military families to high pressure sales tactics and then doesn't stand by their product no matter the time frame.
