This ** model washer cannot be re-programmed from hot/warm water usage to cold water useage. My household in past, present, and future will only use cold water to wash clothing. Two service technicians sent by ** has stated this model washer is hard programmed and cannot be changed. ** Appliance Support has stated the same. I would like an exchange of the wash with a model with a My Cycle option allowing programming to cold water on each cycle. I have many emails to support the communication between ** Appliance Support, Hagedorn Appliance and myself since December 6, 2023. I can sent on request.Initial Complaint

I bought a ********** refrigerator from Hagedorn. I have had nothing but problems with the freezer failing to maintain a food safe freezer temperature. After making numerous excuses, they finally sent a tech out in February to "fix" the freezer. It is now having the same problem even after a part was replaced. I have an extended warrantee with it. The warrantee company authorized the technician to come out in both instances. The technician came out again and said he would replace the same part and I would be called when the part came in. Over a week went by and I was not called. I called the extended warrantee company and they told me that Hagedorn did not order another part, but they were offering me a buy out of store credit for $431, after I paid $799 for it! The warrantee company said Hagedorn charged over $100 for their "repair" from February. I do not want store credit, after their selling me this defective refrigerator, after their excuses for it not working, failing to repair it, and then charging for the "repair," I would not buy a shoelace from them! I WANT A FULL REFUND AND I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BECAUSE IF I HAD READ A COMPLAINT LIKE THIS I WOULD HAVE NOT GIVEN THEM THE TIME OF DAY.
