      July 6, 2024 $28. Ordered a toy that arrived defective. I ask for an address to return the item 3 times. Finally sent me an address in China. I bought this from Nueby.com. No place did it indicate a China return. It came from ****** **. I am suppose to get a full refund. Not only do they want me to return to China at my expense but for me to expect a deductiuon for shippinf in the first place.

      I ordered a leather purse on 8/2/23. Item sent 3 weeks later in a garbage bag with tape on it. Product mailed from ******** ***** **. Product advertised as leather purse, but what I received was faux leather or pleather. It was of poor quality and very tacky. I paid a total of $47.99. I have contacted the company three times. They told me to send back the purse to China. I only deal with companies in the United States of America. I feel it is unfair that a company that is located in the United States requests that I mail a product to China to get a refund. I feel this is unfair and false advertising. I would like to return the product in the United States of America for a full refund. I will never purchase from Nueby again. I have requested the assistance of the Better Business Bureau in resolving my issue with this company. Please help!

      I ordered a theft proof back pack. I paid $49.99 for the bag. I was told I would receive the bag in 7-10 business days. I have not received my bag and they are not responding to my e mails.       Bought a rc robot as a gift for my son. His birthday was on the 4th of July. I bought it on the last week of June and and 5 minutes after I bought it I called them to cancel it because I realized I would not get it in time. NO they said it was already being processed. Send it back when you get it and we will give you a full refund. $27 and change. The day I received it, I return to sender. Sent it back through mailbox unlimited. They say they never received the package and I get no refund til they do. I'm sure this isn't the first time this has happened with them.

The item cost $98.99 and the return policy on the website says the item doesn't need to be shipped back. ****************, ****************.       I recently purchased a tennis smart sensor as a gift. My husband tried it out but didn't find it to be helpful or tracking his swings correctly. I would like to request a refund. Please tell me the process. The order number is *********.

      We give full refund damage products. You are scamming a business for small penny just because your husband didn't find that the product was not helpful. If that is the case, he might want to change hobby or get into a different sports rather than scamming small businesses.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

       

      They are still not addressing the online written refund policy and instead being argumentative and bullying to try and get me to drop the claim.

      I ordered 2 scarves on 11/26/2022. The package never arrived. I have sent several emails notifying them that the package never arrived and requesting a refund. All I get is emails back. I tried to call them and got voicemail saying emails are the quickest way to get a refund.

      I ordered 2 leather bags from this company on October 27, 2022. I paid 97.98 dollars. Their customer support sent email to me. It may take 2 to 9 business days to receive the items from their warehouse due to limited staff working. I received the 2 bags on November 8, 2022. When I get chance to check this 2 bags I found that they are different from the pictures showing in their website. I didn’t like the quality of the bags so that I contact the customer support through the email. I told them I don’t like the quality of the bags, I want return them. They refused me to return the bags. I thought I am still in the one month period then I sent the bags followed address on the package where they sent to me. The address is ******** **** ****** ***** **** ******** ** *****. According to USPS tracking No: **********************, they received 2 bags on Wednesday, 23 November, 2022, 13:45 in ** *********** ******* *****. Then I sent email to ask Customer Support to return my money, they refused to refund my money. They gave me address somewhere in ***** and told me to send the two bags to address in ***** while they have already received the two bags in their Shipping Department in *** ****. I don’t care where is the source of their merchandise came from. I am sure the items from their warehouse in the US. Otherwise they will take months to get here from outside country. Please help me to solve the problems, I want this company refund 97.98 dollar to me as soon as possible.
