      Sas tactical advertised and promised slide milling to be performed and completed within 4 to 6 weeks. 6 months later my work still had not been performed. The company rarely responds to emails and has no public phone number. I requested my parts and money be returned to me. The parts were returned two weeks after I requested them. Sas tactical refuses to refund my money. They have been doing this to hundreds of people.

      Original purchase was made in March of 2022. My equipment shipped in late May/early June per the advised shipping time on the company website. Work time was estimate to take between 10-12 weeks from the time of placing the order. The website advised that due to issues with the workshop that there may be several weeks delay in finishing the work. I contacted the owner in November of 2023 and was told that I would have my product in hand if not in December than definitely early in January. As of today's date, 2/17/2023, my order number is still listed as awaiting the work to be done. This delay is beyond reasonable expectation.

      I initially purchased a slide milling service for an HK VP9 slide on 14-March-2022. I was told that the turn- around was between 8-12 weeks or so and to watch their website for updates. Ive waited and watched and after 16 weeks i reached back out to get an update since the site didnt update with my order number and i was told to wait a couple more weeks. I reached out aproximately 10 times and its been 9 months with responses like "just keep checking the site." (The site seems to only update every 20 or so days with no new information). I asked for a refund and return of my slide and they said they cant refund me because its been longer than 60 days. I am irate and just want the service completed now, or a return of my slide with a full refund.
