I sent a slide for a P226 to them to have it milled for a red dot sight. They kept the slide for 10 months. I may as well have ordered a dovetail mount. They put a plate under the sight that raised the sight too far up. The weapon is now top heavy and difficult to use. They also sent my slide back to me with the finish damaged. It was a finish they put on it themselves. I paid for them to keep my firearm for 10 months and ruin it. Stay away from these people.

what a joke this business is. sent in my slide for milling a red dot, ports and cerakote Dec 2023. I received it back Dec 2024. A YEAR!!!!!!! Scott had my slide for a year. Doesn't answer emails while he has it but day after I got it back I emailed a bout a partial refund for the ridiculous time it took. He responded in minutes. Avoid this terrible business at all cost unless you don't mind your gun parts to be gone around a year. Insane.

It is what it is... Scott's work is very good. The demand is high for what he does, especially as an internet business. It did take over 9 months to get my slide back in November 2023, but the work was much better than most. From a business standpoint, it can be disasterous to have this long of a delay. Scott does not have a way to scale this business to meet demand, because of his obsession with the quality. My suggestion this business owner is teach what you know and make the investment to get the business to keep up with demand. This way it can scale for the velocity of the market. As it is now, you are destroying your brand with the delays. Taking orders that are paid in full upfront is great for cash flow, but the poor reviews due to delays will eventually destroy the business. If you are not willing to make the investment in the business, get used to less revenue. My suggestion is limit orders to only so many or less that can be done in a day/week, and put more clearly in your purchase disclaimer what are the current expected turnaround times. So if you do business with SAS Tactical be patient. Know that in 2023-2024 is will take at least 9 months to get your slide cut and refinished. If you are not patient and need or expect it done sooner, then do not do business with this vendor.

Trash company. Owner is a jerk. Terrible excuse for a machinist. There's so many companies in this market - choose a different one.

I waited over 11 months for my barrel and slide to be returned incomplete. The slide was sent back, at my expense, but I've never been refunded the $116 for the barrel coating. Rip off artist! AVOID!!

MISS DEADLINES, WONT RESPOND TO UPDATE REQUESTS, ONLY RESPONDS TO CANCELED EMAILS WITH CHARGEBACK IN THE SUBJECT LINE. EVEN WITH THE CHARGEBACK NOTIFICATiONS THEY STILL SHIP AND TRY TO FORCE YOU TO REVERSE YOUR REVIEW. THEN THEY SLANDER YOU ON SOCIAL AND OTHER PLATFORMS. BUYERS BEWARE, READ THEIR REVIEWS. NOT A COMPANY WORTH DEALING WITH. STILL WAITING FOR A RETURN LABEL TO SEND THEIR MADE IN CHiNA PRODUCT BACK BUT THEY REFUSE.

SAS Tactical Customs stole my money. They put me on a wait list and then never came through. I asked for a refund and wasn't offered a remedy or refund. Just ignored.
