I purchased an older home that required all new HVAC indoor and outdoor, although the old 1992 units were still working (one better than the other) they were costly and energy inefficient. Air Supreme, *****, came to my home to develop a quote for two systems, one for living level and the other for upstairs (including a third floor bonus room) approximately 1800/2500sqft, respectively. ***** provided two different solutions, of which I selected the more robust (and costly) systems, both furnace a/c by Comfortmaker, both 2 stage units one 3 ton the other 4 ton. The installation was completed over two days, May 2nd & 3rd 2024. Since the installation over two service calls it was discovered that one unit didn’t have a cover for the gas removed causing the system to fail in heat mode at night. The second service call discovered that neither unit had been wired for the second stage preventing the units from fully cooling during the increasingly hot days and the upstairs unit was also already significantly down on coolant. Now, the upstairs unit isn’t cooling properly, again, making to only 67° in the evenings, well after the outdoor temperatures drop into the 60s, currently the unit is at 71° when it’s 74° outdoors, however, the other unit achieved 63° while the outdoor temperature was 82° this afternoon. So far, they have not responded to a requested service call from this morning because it’s the holiday weekend stating this doesn’t qualify as an emergency, although they haven’t explained what does qualify as an emergency. I have placed a second call requesting service. Having spent in excess of $21,000 so I can’t sleep through the night due to the heat for me is an emergency. As well, the unit is constantly running just to maintain 72°, running up my electric bill. There clearly appears to already be a coolant/leak issue or there’s some trouble starting the 2nd stage as needed or possibly the unit is a lemon.Initial Complaint

They are committing fraud, and on top of everything and are not providing the services included in my paid yearly membership, which cost me $330. The membership was supposed to offer some free services and discounts, but when I tried to avail of these benefits (07/24/23), they started avoiding me. I scheduled an appointment for the free services before my membership expired, but they canceled it on the scheduled day and assured me they would call to reschedule. Unfortunately, I never received any call back from them, and they wouldn't respond to my calls. This behavior is dishonest and deceptive.Essentially, they engaged in fraud. I would like to get my money back that I paid for this membership.
