Dropped vehicle off August 30, 2022. There has been almost no communication rather than getting a call that it will be another few weeks-months until the vehicle is ready. I understand that parts are hard to receive in a timely manner due to COVID, but the shop claims that it has been taking 3 weeks to put the vehicle back together and get a tire alignment done.Initial Complaint

My car was there for auto body repairs due to an accident. When they returned the car they still had a part to put on but the wrong one came in and I was told they'd call when the new one arrived. Plus they owe me 53.00 and some change. It's been 3 weeks and no one has called. I've been calling but getting nothing but voicemail and no call backs. I would like my car finished (a ten minute job, they said) and my money for rental expenses that they told me they would pay me. I've heard nothing since I drove off the lot.
