Ive been in the construction field for many many years. I work with a world renowned musician and I live on the property as well. We had lost about a hundred yards plus of fence and posts, we were also having some VIP's in for business and a cookout and wanted the property in tip top shape. We had worked with Don from Elegant Homes before so we asked him to do this project. Don, Jason and his crew were on time and worked through the hot weather to put us into a new fence. They stayed late,worked through the heat and even corrected a few issues we had had with our gates..... Top notch crew and we highly recommend Elegant Homes.

Don and his team were hired to replace facia boards and gutters that had rotted. During the process, it was discovered that the metal underneath the gutters had mold damage that couldn't be removed. I requested that Don replace the metal as well, and he readily agreed to do so without any issues. Throughout the project, Don's team displayed exceptional politeness and were highly cooperative. They went above and beyond to ensure that the children could continue playing outside without any hindrance. Additionally, they consistently kept me updated on the progress of the work and even pointed out other beneficial aspects for my home. If you're searching for a group that is fair, easy to work with, and maintains a high level of professionalism, I wholeheartedly recommend Don and his team. They exceeded my expectations, and I believe they would do the same for anyone else.

Don R***** and his team were everything but elegant.! My home was considered a total loss due to fire. Don replaced original hardwood floors with cheap painted plywood,that is now bowing underneath used carpet that has ripped apart at all the seams with virtually no padding. The hot and cold water are reversed on every faucet causing unfamiliar guests to be burned,.all light fixtures are on the wrong side of the wall, carpet in the laundry room where tile was supposed to be that had to be ripped out due to the immediate mold problem due to wet carpet.. Basement bathroom window was covered with drywall and hidden behind a tub insert that can be seen outside where you will find a fake water spigot that is just stuck in the siding of my home to no water connection. The linoleum in the kitchen is all coming up and rolled up due to poor quality materials and poor workmanship. His entire team that did not walk out on him addressed him as "deflector Don" . Myself, my disabled mother and my teenage daughter were in a hotel room for 11months anxiously waiting the rebuild of my home as Don assured us things were going great. Each day something is discovered that was done incorrectly or not done at all by Don and his team that leaves us still suffering a total loss after the shoddy pathetic rebuild. I warn anyone who is not familiar with home building to hire anyone other than this man because he will cut every corner by purchasing the cheapest materials available while charging premium price for work he should be more than ashamed of much less considered elegant in any way! ..******* *
