              I have been a customer for years- I just made a new purchase, and last wednesday evening, I received a call from my son in law that **** furniture was trying to track me down. I reached out and spoke with Allie a sales rep there, who advised me that I did not have a current debit card on file, for my new purchase, I advised that Jessica took my card, as she was my sales person, Allie advised that she would check and give me a call back, I heard nothing back so I assumed it was all good. today I get a phone call from one of my references who said I received a call that you have defaulted on a loan and they are looking for you. How am I not making contact when I spoke with Allie last week? Why are they sharing my personal business with people, I called today and was told Allie is now out long term but Angie made the call, so tell me if I am waiting on a call back why I am I being treated like I am not taking care of my affairs. I am beyond upset and embarrassed about this lack of communication and professionalism

              This is a terrible place they delivered furniture with parts missing and refuse to deliver the part the staff is all rude and a bunch of liars they have no empathy for their customers this company is horrible do not go to them they are very unprofessional in every way possible

              At **** Furniture we are always striving to better our customer service. We did a search in our system to find out more about the situation but could not find an account by this name. We would like you to please contact the manager at the store so we could better assist you.

              Oh let me refresh your memories real quick Michael M******* remember the recliner sofa that was delivered on 5/24/24 was the missing power cord guess what it’s 6/6/24 and we still do not have the cord so either you can have somebody come back out and get this sofa or I’m going to have it dropped off at your store I don’t do the unprofessionalism from none of you bad companies the staff is horrible I’m going to make sure everybody does not deal with this company at this point I’m no longer this is unfair and desperate treatment I see you guys have a lot of bad reviews already this company is a joke
