I have been a customer for years- I just made a new purchase, and last wednesday evening, I received a call from my son in law that **** furniture was trying to track me down. I reached out and spoke with Allie a sales rep there, who advised me that I did not have a current debit card on file, for my new purchase, I advised that Jessica took my card, as she was my sales person, Allie advised that she would check and give me a call back, I heard nothing back so I assumed it was all good. today I get a phone call from one of my references who said I received a call that you have defaulted on a loan and they are looking for you. How am I not making contact when I spoke with Allie last week? Why are they sharing my personal business with people, I called today and was told Allie is now out long term but Angie made the call, so tell me if I am waiting on a call back why I am I being treated like I am not taking care of my affairs. I am beyond upset and embarrassed about this lack of communication and professionalismBusiness response

I purchased a sectional from Sims Furniture ******** location. I had it in my home for approximately 2 weeks , and called Sims furniture within that time period . The chaise lounge where I usually sit already looks like I've had it a year! The material is so stretched out on the arm it looks like it's pushed in. The material is stretched out on the chaise where u sit to where you can grab it it's so loose. When I called I had to wait for someone to come look at it which took weeks. Then over a week later with no call from Sims I called. Sims informed me that the couch I have is known for the material to do that, stretch out . I said as a consumer I should have been made aware of that since ****** furniture and sims knew this about the couch. This information was Not made aware to me at time of purchase . If they knew this it should be made known to the customer. I WOULD NOT have purchased this couch if I as a consumer was made aware of it. Plus why are they selling such a defective piece of furniture !? I asked for a different couch . I was told no. I asked for a new lounger and was told no because it will just do the same thing. Sims furniture talked me into taking out extra insurance on this couch and it is No good to me! I have waited 15 years to buy a new couch and now I'm left with junk ! Sims needs to make it right !Business response
