            Very disappointed in their communication and lack of customer service. Their groomer told me it would take 2-3 hours to groom my dog- they said if it were to take longer they would contact me. At 4.5 hours and no communication, i drove there to find they had done nothing but her nails. At that point i had 30 minutes before i had to take my dog because i had to pick up my daughter from school. They tried to groom her some. They did not have time to finish. I took her unfinished. I paid the entire grooming amount because I was finished dealing with them and had to leave. They told me i could bring her back the next day and she would finish “free of charge.” No thank you. My dog won’t sit in a crate for another 5 hours waiting to be groomed. When I attempted contacted the owner, she responded by telling me she has me on surveillance with a completely inaccurate story and that they were finished doing business with me. They also blocked me from their ******** page before I had shared my story with anyone other than my message to the owner. I’m just disgusted with their customer service. I would not trust them with my animal- ever.
