      ****** was fantastic. He didn't dismiss what I was concerned about. His crew was professional. They didn't miss a beat. They were respectful of my wife and our house concerns. They even let me have the pictures of their work and let me know when they found something. They sat with me and described the options and even let me collect my options when my wife and I needed to converse. No pressure. It was refreshing and I felt like I was understood and addressed.

      American Home Tech did a fantastic job! They worked well with our insurance company to get our claim approved and the work started quickly. It was just over a week from start to finish. My husband and I had a lot of questions along the way and they have specialists dedicated to each area. Justin was our initial contact to get the claim rolling then Alex worked with us to get everything all lined up for the install and was the insurance company liaison. Tony helped us finalize shingles and colors and explained how the warranty worked. Mike and his team did an outstanding job with the install, they were professional and courteous throughout the install and did an amazing job on cleanup. This company is a well oiled machine with each person doing their part to perfection. Communication was ongoing and when we reached out there was an immediate response. I'd definitely recommend them and would use them in the future.

      American home tech was fabulous they took care of my roof in a day and left my yard spotless. The only way I knew my roof was done was because my neighbor sent me a picture saying how beautiful it looked

      Great job from start to finish!!! Lee was fantastic from first contact and so courteous and professional!!! And then when the roof was installed Billie took over!!! Answered every question in detail and I had quite a few!! Always smiling!! He went out of his way talking to insurance company about additional claims which were approved!! Crew was fantastic, also!!! Cleanup superb!!! Highly recommend!!! Very professional!!!

      Very responsive team even outside normal business hours and always in communication about updates along the way. Really didn't have to do much of anything with the entire roof replacement process from the start of insurance claim all the way to install. Speaking of install, I know the crew does this all the time, but it's crazy how they moved things I missed, removed old shingles, reinstalled, cleaned up, and left all within 7 hours. The lead answered my handful of questions. Even offered to check out and adjust what I thought was an improper sag in the gutter. He saw nothing abnormal based on location and suggested not adding/adjusting hangers but would if I wanted it. Professional team across the board that I worked with and will recommend to others.

      American Home Tech did an awesome job in replacing my roof. The project manager Bill did a great job keeping me in the loop. The crew cleaned up so well I cant believe the roof was replaced today 7/10/2024. I highly recommend this company

      Our process started in January with roofer to be a one day project. Started out with their old truck and trailer parked in our driveway that was leaking fluid and staining the drive. Did not tarp yard properly so debris and nails were everywhere. Forgot to do the shed and had to come back. Danage was done to the inside of our house - most ceiling vents came loose, and several fell out of the ceiling due to the workers slamming the packs of shingles down on the roof. Had our bathroom flood due to incorrect sealing and placement of the vents. Had to repair dry wall inside due to water that is already cracking out. Had to repair the dryer vent due to the pipe being forced through and came out in the laundry room lower than ceiling and had to redo my vent for dryer with cracked dry wall there that was never repaired. A bathroom vent fell and damaged my floor and ceiling - the drywall repair they did around that vent has cracked out so will need to be redone at my expense too. They bent my gutter guards beyond repair and had to come back and fix those. The roof looks wavy and the trim is a joke. It is now July and just finished settling with them for work that was not done and poor workmanship. Not that I wanted to but they put a lien on my house as well for holding payment.

We do our best to minimize this and ensure proper cleanup.Concerning the interior damage, we typically complete ***** roofs a day without such issues. The preexisting stress fractures and interior repairs suggest that your interior already had some problems. The strain of a roof replacement can reveal or exacerbate preexisting conditions. We did not "slam packs of shingles down on the roof" beyond the necessary handling for installation. The fact that your ceiling vents fell out indicates they may have been improperly secured before our work began. We offered multiple times to fix these issues but were often met with a lack of communication or were told not to worry about it, only to be contacted about it later.As for the flooded bathroom, this was another issue we attempted to fix. Initially, you informed us that you had already addressed the problem yourselves. However, it was brought back to our attention only once we attempted to collect payment. We promptly repaired the vent and tried to schedule the interior repairs. Unfortunately, we experienced almost two months of unresponsiveness on your part during our follow-up attempts.The gutter guards also presented a challenge. While there was an issue from the roof installation, we addressed it promptly. Although this shouldn't have happened initially, and it did take two trips, we believe we resolved it effectively and in a timely manner.A six-month process for insurance claims is not unheard of, especially when there are multiple issues to address. The bulk of the delay was due to unresponsiveness on your end, which significantly impacted our ability to complete the project in a timely manner.While we understand your frustrations, we believe our communication throughout the process was adequate. We were responsive and made multiple attempts to address your concerns.Despite the challenges, we remain committed to making things right. If there are any remaining issues directly related to the roof build, please reach out to us, and we will prioritize addressing them. Our intention is to leave you with a finished product that meets your expectations and stands as a testament to our commitment to quality.We value your feedback as it helps us improve our services and ensures that such issues are not repeated in the future.
