First, I submitted a review to BBB on August 15, 2022 and BBB has either lost it or filed it somewhere else because you now say there is no review. So I am moving to a complaint and we'll see what you do because this space is not enough to repeat the review. I paid $1,749.00 to Luxury Garden Center on June 17, 2022 for 10 giant thuja trees. At this point, after trying to get a response from LGC, I have 2 dead trees and 2 more half dead trees. I think I am entitled to 10 living trees for that money.Business response

*** *****Can't really answer this here as BBB has lost original review and doesn't allow space. ****** went to the wrong address both times she came to my house so what ** ***** says is quite false. ****** said she would tell LGC she went wrong but I guess not. If LGC had answered my email of 6/25 asking for help we wouldn't be doing this. A man called on 6/27 when I was in Louisville to have surgery. I came back on 6/29 and called him back but he never answered. If he was here on 6/23 I wish he would have honked or walked to the door. These trees have water every day save 6/28 when I had surg. ** ***** really doesn't have much info, like trees sold for $165 that have $115 price tags on them. Info was in review.
