I purchased a 2015 ***** Equinox and advised them this was for my children to be safe in. Within a couple of days of driving we noticed multiple issues. The car stopped driving in the middle of an intersection and check engine light came on. I called advising multiple issues and it stopped driving asking to exchange it. They said no to exchanging and the issues that occurred are the chance you take when buying a used vehicle but they would fix the shutting off because it had only been a couple of days after purchasing. For the other issues we could go through the warranty. Fixed turning off issue and check engine light is gone. Took it to a mechanic they advised someone put in new brake pads but the rotators were very rusted so both need to be replaced, ball joints need to be replaced, and a swindle bar. The engine is making a noise and needs to be seen by someone who works on engines. Taylor’s removed the check engine light but it still has engine issues. The warranty doesn’t cover any of these things but ball joints. There is no way this car was inspected. All windshield wipers had rubber coming off had to replace first time it rained, glove compartment is broken, and more. They continue to have us return banks calls to have the loan sold. Calling my husband multiple times at work and myself with a colic newborn. No bank will take over the loan with engine issues and all the other repairs. Absolutely sickening that they were aware of the issues and we are now paying $1,000 in repairs plus possibly needing a new engine.

we are sorry to hear that you are having issues,we have spoke to you on several occasions about your engine issue and advised you to bring it to us or take it anywhere or your choice,you have a warranty to cover engine and other components for 6 months or 6,000 miles whichever one comes first we have asked you about the issue several times and keep telling you to bring it in,also we put all new 4 rotors and 2 sets of brake pads and sway bar link kits on it before you bought it,as far as the wiper blades they could have been missed by our detail team but if so we would have gotten you new ones if you would have told us about it and the same with the glove box,so all you need to do again is bring it in you have a warranty that will cover your engine
